Individual Coaching

Organizations in need of project-specific or targeted training can request a customized course syllabus tailored to their unique requirements.

Additionally, individual coaching is available for a range of topics, including pursuit strategy development, technical writing, interview preparation, and refining presentation skills.

Introduction to Pursuits 

The Introduction to Pursuits workshop aims at providing the necessary framework of effective technical outline review and pursuit management.

Through a series of live exercises, individuals get experience in developing an outline, formulating a response, and presenting their content in a final group presentation.

Technical Writing

The Technical Writing workshop aims to build on the skills established in the Introduction to Pursuits workshop. Now that the participants understand what is required to construct an outline, they will develop content and present it to a panel of their peers.

 

In addition, individuals will complete a variety of grammar and mechanical exercises to improve technical writing skills.

Interview and Presentation Preparation   

Interviews and presentations are integral to pursuits, as many clients use them to evaluate the proposed team.

 

The Interview and Presentation Preparation workshop is designed to help project teams develop a presentation strategy that demonstrates confidence and a clear understanding of project-specific requirements.
